ORDERING

Lolobuy Ordering, Payment & Forwarding

Source-link ordering, payment and currency checks, agent enquiries, forwarding orders, warehouse review and parcel submission.

AT A GLANCE

Submit the product link and exact options, pay for the item and domestic delivery, then monitor the purchase. After warehouse arrival, review the inspection results and select stored items for a separately paid international parcel.

Shopping Agent Orders & Forwarding Orders

A shopping-agent order asks Lolobuy to purchase from the seller. A forwarding order is used when you arrange the purchase or domestic shipment yourself and ask Lolobuy to receive and send the goods onward. These flows start differently even though they can later lead to stored goods and an international parcel.

For forwarding, submit the product information, category, quantity, notes and chosen services first, and wait for the order to be verified. Use the warehouse address provided in the current forwarding flow. The forwarding guide describes receipt of parcels from mainland China; do not assume an address accepts parcels originating overseas or in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan.

After arranging the domestic delivery, promptly add its carrier and tracking details to the correct forwarding order. The warehouse needs that connection to identify the parcel. A courier delivery confirmation without a matching forwarding record can leave a parcel unidentified rather than ready to submit overseas.

1. Product Link & Order Details

Paste the original product URL into Lolobuy’s search bar. Check the product it returns, select the required colour, size and quantity, then add it to the cart or continue with the buy option.

If the automatic lookup leads to a manual shopping-agent form, complete the requested product details instead. Review the item information and price carefully; automatic matching does not remove the need to check your selection.

Check the item shown after the link is read, rather than relying on the fact that a page loaded successfully. Reconfirm a multi-option listing’s model and set contents. If you need a specific accessory or version, describe it in the order notes and ask the agent to resolve unclear details before buying.

2. Item Payment

The initial checkout covers the selected goods and Chinese domestic freight. Enter the destination country, add purchasing instructions and review selected extra services before submitting payment. International parcel shipping is a later stage.

Several items from one seller can share a domestic delivery charge when the purchasing order is submitted and checked out together. A large or heavy order can still require a freight adjustment.

Keep the payment confirmation with the purchasing-order record. If an amount or status appears wrong, compare the transaction with that specific order before sending another payment. A top-up, an item checkout and an international-shipping payment are different transactions, even when all use the same account balance.

Payment Methods & Currency Checks

Lolobuy’s payment help describes account top-ups by bank transfer, card and local payment options. The options actually offered, their fees and the amount credited should be checked in your account at the time of payment. A method appearing in a help article is not a guarantee that it is available for every country or transaction.

The payment guidance explains that received funds can be credited in CNY using the platform exchange rate. Compare the amount you pay, any transaction or bank charge and the balance that will be available for purchasing. A USD product estimate on this site is a separate reference and should not be used to predict an exact account credit.

Complete payments through the official account flow. Keep the transaction reference if a top-up is pending and ask support to identify that payment before repeating it. Do not assume that a successful bank transfer means an item has already been ordered; purchasing still requires the relevant checkout and agent processing.

3. Agent Purchase & Order Enquiries

The agent contacts the seller and purchases the goods. Monitor the order and reply to requests for missing information. Use the order enquiry function for questions about your specific purchase.

Request a variant change as early as possible. Before seller dispatch, the agent can try to negotiate a change. After dispatch, a direct amendment is no longer available; changing your choice may require an eligible warehouse return and a new order, with return delivery costs.

Give support an actionable enquiry: the order number, the option selected and the question that remains unresolved. A request such as “please confirm the navy option in size L” is clearer than sending an unrelated screenshot. Check account messages regularly while the order is being purchased.

4. Warehouse Inspection

After stock-in, open My LoloBuy → My Warehouse and compare the recorded item with the original selected options. Review quantity, visible condition and the available inspection photographs. The service chosen for that order determines the checks performed.

If an important detail is unreadable, identify the required view and ask which extra service is available. Keep affected goods out of the international parcel while a wrong-option enquiry or eligible return is unresolved. Storage time and the seller’s return window are separate deadlines.

Packing Instructions & Optional Services

Decide what should stay with the product before submitting the international parcel. Original retail packaging, the seller’s outer delivery carton and the new international shipping carton serve different purposes. If a box matters to you, state which box you mean rather than simply asking for “original packaging”.

Review package removal, reinforcement and any insurance option against the actual goods. Reducing volume may change freight on a volume-based route, while removing protective material may increase exposure to damage. An optional service should answer a particular need rather than being selected because it sounds comprehensive.

Keep instructions consistent with unresolved after-sales issues. If you are still checking an eligible return, do not request disposal of packaging that may be required by the seller. Settle the product decision first, then finalise how the goods should be packed for international dispatch.

5. Parcel Submission & Tracking

In My Warehouse, select the goods to send, enter delivery details and choose an available shipping route. Review packaging and optional services, then pay the international shipping deposit shown for the parcel.

After packing and dispatch, follow tracking in My LoloBuy → Parcels. On receipt, inspect the package and use the relevant parcel record for any after-sales request.

Review the recipient name, full address, postal code and contact details as one set. The address used for a seller’s domestic delivery is the warehouse address; the address used for the international parcel is your recipient address. Mixing those two stages creates avoidable delivery problems.

Order Exceptions & the Right Support Record

Track the purchasing order, domestic delivery and international parcel as separate records. A delay before seller dispatch needs a purchasing enquiry; a seller parcel delivered without stock-in needs warehouse matching; a parcel already overseas needs the international parcel record. Naming the correct stage helps support investigate the right shipment.

If the seller cannot provide the option you requested, ask what is available before agreeing to a substitute. Compare the new specification and price with your original choice. A seller suggestion is a new purchasing decision, rather than confirmation that the first order has been fulfilled.

Before considering an order complete, keep the item details, payment reference and any agreed change in one place. These records make a later comparison with inspection photos or a refund amount more precise. They also avoid relying on a product link that may have changed since checkout.
