Standard goods have a 180-day free storage period under the dedicated storage policy. Track each item’s warehouse deadline and arrange shipping or an extension before expiry. Unmatched parcels have a separate 30-day period.
Warehouse Status
“Stored in warehouse” means the goods have reached the warehouse and completed stock-in. It does not mean they have been sent to your overseas address. Open My Warehouse to review the goods and submit them for delivery.
A seller’s delivery record and completed warehouse stock-in are different stages. Use the item’s own warehouse record to check its status and storage deadline.
Use the warehouse item record, rather than a seller screenshot, to confirm the goods available for parcel submission. A seller can have dispatched several boxes or supplied incomplete logistics information. Where the account and courier records differ, gather both references before asking the warehouse to match the delivery.
Forwarding Parcels & Warehouse Matching
Create and obtain approval for the forwarding order before arranging delivery to the warehouse. The forwarding workflow asks for the product information, category, quantity and selected services. Use the address shown for that order rather than copying an address from an old conversation or another account.
Enter complete logistics information as soon as the sender dispatches the parcel. This connects the incoming box to the forwarding record. A delivery that arrives before the order is created, or without the information needed for matching, can enter the abnormal-parcel process with a different deadline.
For a shipment that appears delivered but not stored, compare the courier’s delivery event with the account status. Ask whether the warehouse can identify the parcel and whether it is waiting for verification, inspection or missing information. Repeatedly creating new forwarding orders may make matching less clear.
Unmatched Parcels
Abnormal parcels include deliveries received before a matching order is submitted, or with incomplete logistics information. These have a separate 30-day storage period counted from warehouse receipt.
Because the warehouse may be unable to identify the user, a reminder cannot be relied on. Supply missing order or tracking details promptly; unclaimed parcels can be processed for disposal after the deadline.
Keep the domestic carrier, tracking number, sending date and product description together. If the parcel contains several products, explain which forwarding order identifies them. Giving only a shop name or an overseas recipient address may not be enough for a warehouse to locate an unassigned domestic delivery.
QC Review & Return Decisions
Compare new warehouse entries with the purchasing record: selected option, quantity and visible condition. Resolve a potential return before asking the warehouse to remove packaging or labels the seller may require.
Keep goods awaiting an inspection answer or return decision separate in your plan from goods ready to ship. Compare the costs and deadlines for sending the ready items first instead of allowing one unresolved order to determine the whole shipment.
Free Storage Period
Lolobuy’s dedicated Free Storage Period policy states 180 days from warehouse stock-in. Its general purchasing article still mentions 90 days; this guide follows the dedicated storage policy. Check the expiry shown for each warehouse item before making a dispatch plan.
Arrival dates are individual. A newer purchase does not restart the storage period of an older item. If the oldest goods are close to expiry, choose between shipping ready items, arranging an available extension or ending the wait for a delayed purchase.
The storage allowance does not preserve return eligibility. Review a new item’s inspection promptly, then use the remaining storage time to organise goods you have decided to keep.
Extensions & Overdue Goods
An extended-storage service is available. If you cannot ship within the free period, contact support or arrange the extension before the deadline, and confirm its charge and duration for your goods.
Overdue storage is not an automatic paid reservation. Goods left beyond the permitted period without a shipping submission or response can be treated as abandoned and disposed of by the platform. Do not assume that paying a fee later will recover an expired item.
When arranging an extension, identify the item and ask for its revised expiry in the account record. Confirm the applicable duration and charge before assuming the request has been applied. A message asking about an extension is different from a completed extension service.
Packaging Retention & Repacking
Inspection can involve changing the packaging used for storage. Forwarding inspection instructions describe removing the original delivery box in ordinary cases, with exceptions for fragile, oversized or otherwise specific goods. Do not assume every carton that arrived at the warehouse remains available later.
Explain any packaging requirement before the relevant handling stage. Specify whether you mean the retail shoe box, a seller’s outer carton, a protective insert or accessories inside a set. Those are different objects and can matter differently for returns, protection and billable volume.
Before international packing, confirm the choice again against the route. Keeping a large box may increase volumetric weight; removing protection may be unsuitable for a delicate item. The warehouse record and selected packing service should reflect the decision you actually made.
Consolidation & Submission Planning
Create a short dispatch plan using the oldest item’s expiry, expected seller deliveries and outstanding inspection questions. Decide what you are waiting for and when you will stop waiting. This is more reliable than leaving the warehouse untouched until every seller has fulfilled an order.
Check that the intended parcel can accept all the selected contents. A restricted or oversized item can change the available routes or require separate packing. Find that out while there is still time to choose an alternative arrangement or ask about an eligible return.
When ready, select the goods in My Warehouse and submit an international parcel with the recipient information and route. Stock-in alone does not trigger overseas dispatch. Keep the later parcel number alongside the warehouse items so you can follow which goods were sent and which remain stored.
Warehouse Checklist
Use one record per stored item to connect its purchasing order, inspection decision, expiry and intended parcel. Review the oldest deadline first. State what you are waiting for and the date when you will choose between further waiting and dispatch.
At submission, compare the selected goods with your intended parcel contents. After dispatch, keep the parcel number beside the included items. That record distinguishes goods already sent from goods still stored when you investigate a later delivery question.
- Review QC and order details soon after stock-in.
- Record the expiry of the oldest stored item.
- Resolve returns before their own application deadline.
- Submit the parcel or confirm an extension before storage expires.
