Lolobuy Spreadsheet FAQ
The Spreadsheet
What is a Lolobuy spreadsheet?
A Lolobuy spreadsheet is a collection of product links used to discover and compare items before ordering through a shopping agent. This site presents that idea as a visual catalog: browse a category, compare the available details and keep a shortlist.
The cards are a starting point. Open the full listing to check the source product, selected options and current information before moving to an order.
Is this the official Lolobuy website?
No. Lolo Finds is an independent spreadsheet and editorial site, with no affiliation to Lolobuy. We do not operate the agent service, hold warehouse stock or process product payments.
Your Lolobuy account, order enquiries, inspection requests and international parcels are handled by Lolobuy. For a specific order problem, use the support options attached to that order.
Why do product links open in a new tab?
Product links open the full catalog in a separate tab so you can review the listing while keeping your place in this spreadsheet. The full catalog contains additional product information and more items to compare.
Opening a listing is not a purchase. Review its details and source link before deciding whether to place an agent order.
Products & Prices
Do the displayed prices include shipping?
No. Prices marked with ~ are approximate item prices in US dollars from our saved product data. They do not include Chinese domestic delivery, international shipping, optional services or any applicable import charges.
Check the current listing for the exact size, color, model and quantity you want. A price range can cover different options; the lowest displayed amount is not necessarily the price of your chosen variant.
Why might the live price or availability be different?
Our product cards use a data snapshot rather than a live checkout feed. Seller prices, available options and stock can change after that snapshot, and currency conversion can affect a US-dollar estimate.
Treat the current listing and order review as the place to confirm your selection. If a source link is unavailable or no longer matches the item, pause rather than assuming a similar-looking replacement is the same product.
Does a brand name or product photo establish authenticity?
No. Brand names identify how products are described in their source listings. A logo, title, image or inclusion in this spreadsheet is not an authentication result or an endorsement by the named brand.
Compare the exact listing and available evidence before deciding. Warehouse appearance checks also have limits and should not be treated as brand authentication.
How should I choose a size?
Use the size chart attached to the exact listing and check what its measurements describe. Body measurements, flat garment widths and shoe-size labels are different references; a familiar size label alone does not establish fit.
Compare relevant measurements with a garment or pair you already wear comfortably. If the chart is missing or unclear, ask for clarification before selecting a size instead of automatically sizing up or down.
Are product images the same as QC photos?
No. A product image describes the listing; a public QC reference may show another buyer’s item; your own warehouse photos relate to your specific order. These should be evaluated separately.
A high public QC-photo count does not establish the condition, fit or authenticity of the item you will receive. Compare your order’s photos with the selected variant and ask about any missing detail that matters to you.
Ordering & Inspection
Can I buy a product directly on this website?
No. This site provides product discovery and reading material, with no cart, checkout or product-payment service. Open the full listing, keep the original marketplace product link and confirm the options you want.
In Lolobuy, review the matched product or complete the manual shopping-agent form if prompted. Confirm the item, quantity and selected services before submitting the order.
Why are item payment and international shipping separate?
The initial agent payment covers the goods and Chinese domestic delivery. After the goods reach the warehouse and are stored, you select items for a parcel, choose the delivery details and pay for international shipping separately.
This allows the parcel to be assessed using its contents and packaging. Paying for the product does not mean international delivery has been booked or paid for.
What can warehouse inspection confirm?
Inspection can help identify visible differences in appearance, quantity or specifications within the service selected. Compare the actual photos with your order and request clarification when a relevant detail cannot be seen.
Standard warehouse inspection is not a guarantee of authenticity, electronics functionality or technical performance. Sealed goods and some purchasing categories have different inspection limits, so check the service that applies to your item.
Shipping & After-Sales
Can I calculate shipping from the product-card price?
No. International shipping depends on the destination, available route, parcel weight and packed dimensions, as well as any selected services. An inexpensive product can still be bulky to ship.
Review the agent’s current estimate for your destination and items. The initial shipping deposit is based on estimates; the final assessment uses verified parcel measurements and the selected route’s charging rules.
Is there a fixed delivery time for US and European orders?
There is no single delivery time that applies to every product and destination. Seller dispatch, warehouse processing, the selected route, customs and local delivery each affect the overall timeline.
Use the current route estimate when submitting the parcel and follow tracking in the agent’s parcel record after dispatch. Treat estimates as planning information rather than a guaranteed arrival date for a holiday or event.
Can every item be returned or exchanged?
No. Eligibility depends on the seller’s terms, the order type, the item’s condition and the applicable request window. A cancellation request, an accepted return and a completed refund are separate stages.
Review the warehouse item promptly and use the order’s support or return options before its deadline. Keep required labels and packaging intact, and check return freight and service charges before assuming a return is free.
What should I do about a broken link or an order problem?
If a product link is unavailable or no longer matches the item, check the details of another listing before using it. A similar photo alone does not establish that it is the same product. This site cannot access or change your agent order.
For a purchase, warehouse item, refund or delivery issue, contact Lolobuy through the relevant order or parcel record. If a parcel is damaged, preserve the packaging and photos and report it promptly under the agent’s current evidence and reporting requirements.
